OGP QL-30 Contour Projector

The QL-30? Contour Projector?offers the most compact footprint of any 30" in-line comparator. When you need a large, bright image, and don't have a lot of space, look to the QL-30.

It has a full 3" field of view at 10x, and over four and one half times the image area of 14" systems. With such a large image, the optics must be of the highest quality. The QL-30 optics, designed and built by OGP, deliver erect and unreversed images, near-zero distortion, and superb image contrast. With guaranteed accuracy and a 550 lb. load capacity, you can measure your largest parts with confidence.

QL-30 Contour Projector Technical Data
Drive System	DC servo motor drive with variable speed joystick and X axis fine adjustment knob.
Illumination	Direct projection: 100 W tungsten halogen standard, 200 W mercury arc optional. Surface illumination: 250 W tungsten halogen or 200 W mercury arc optional.
Linear Accuracy	Within 0.0003" (8 microns) total band over full travel. Applies to thermally stable system at 20 degrees C. Checked with 50x magnification. Depending on stage loading, accuracy at maximum rated load may be less than the standard accuracy.
Measuring	Dual LCD digital displays with full function geometric processor and digital protractor display standard. SmartCheck for Windows software available.

Optics	Telecentric relay lens system with fully corrected images and constant 8.38" (213 mm) working clearance. Over-screen Fresnel lens optional. 10x, 20x, 31.25x, 50x, 62.5x, and 100x lenses are available. Fixed lens mount standard, five position motorized turret available.
