Large measurement volume video and multi-sensor metrology system

SmartScope® CNC™ 1500 from OGP® is a multi-purpose measurement system with an extremely large XY travel. Its generous measurement range makes it suitable for measuring large parts such as plasma display panels (PDPs), LCDs, and circuit boards; or fixtured arrays of smaller parts/assemblies. In addition to excellent video measurement performance, CNC 1500 supports touch probe, laser sensors, and micro-probes, providing the rapid and thorough measurements multi-sensor metrology offers.

Staging. SmartScope CNC 1500 features a unique XY transport design. In this moving bridge floor model machine, the instrument head moves along a steel bridge in the X axis, and the bridge moves on parallel tracks in the Y axis. The staged part remains stationary, while optics/bridge translations are performed rapidly and accurately.
Optics. CNC 1500 has large-magnification-range, precision zoom optics. Its patented 12:1 AccuCentric™ zoom lens calibrates itself automatically after every magnification change, ensuring highest accuracy throughout its entire range.
Illumination. CNC 1500 illumination technology provides programmable power to image the most challenging parts. LED back light, LED coaxial TTL surface light, and OGP patented programmable SmartRing™ white LED light are standard with SmartScope CNC 1500
Measurement Excellence. Time-tested OGP full field-of-view image processing and advanced Z-axis autofocus deliver high precision non-contact measurement.
