Accuracy. An isolated granite platform and rugged fixed bridge construction provide the necessary stability for high accuracy performance.
Three dimensions. Enhanced autofocus and edge detection algorithms provide precise, fast measurements in all three axes. Flexibility of the CNC 500 can be extended with a range of optional sensor accessories including touch probe, laser, and micro-probes.
Software. Full-featured Measure-X™ metrology software, with ample functions for general purpose dimensional measurement and a powerful, easy-to-use interface, is standard. Optional MeasureMind® 3D MultiSensor metrology software offers full 3D measurement capability. Other optional software includes SmartCAD® for CAD import/export, MeasureFit® Plus contour analysis software, and SmartReport® Plus custom report generator
