1. Lubricate periodically the drive system and guide rail of SmartScope metrology machine by professionals or OGP engineers，making the system moving smoothly and keeping a good using state.
2. After SmartScope stops tasks, clean the working stage frequently, dust-proof cover is recommended. If the stage glass and painted surface get dirty, please use neutral detergents with water. The organic solvent is forbidden, otherwise the surface will tarnish.
3. Please call the manufacturer when the lamp bulb burned, it should be replaced by professional service engineers.
4. SmartScope should be placed in a clean dry room (temperature 20℃±5℃，humidity < 60%）, avoiding such things affecting system performance like, optical parts stained, metal parts rusted, dusts or litters falling into the motion guide way, etc.
